NTSB summary

HISTORY OF FLIGHT On January 31, 2002, about 1850 eastern standard time, a (Raytheon) Beech V35B Bonanza, N32BR, was destroyed when it impacted terrain during a night circle-to-land instrument approach at Chester Airport (3B9), Chester, Connecticut.
