HISTORY OF FLIGHT On October 2, 1993, at 1110 central daylight time, a Beech G35, N4421D, registered to Bimidji Aviation Services, Inc. of Bimidji, Minnesota, and operated by an Airline Transport Rated pilot with commercial privileges for single engine land and sea planes, experienced a general disintegration of the airframe during cruise flight, near Webster, Wisconsin.
